Humanitarian projects on three continents

In his early days, Andrés traveled to many countries where poverty and hunger were devastating. This is how he decided to create his own social aid projects with the aim of improving the quality of people in the most disadvantaged populations in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, paying special attention to children.

Global Humanitària was born from Andrés' passion for social action

Such is the involvement in the project in this institution, that finally Andrés decides to devote more time to this social action by creating the Global Humanitarian NGO.

A gastronomic dream in the Penedès

Later, based on his experience, he decided to launch the project of creating a very personalized restaurant in the Penedès. Andrés builds every corner of this space with his hands and recovers one of his passions, cooking. His mother, a great cook, taught him the essence of the stove as a child and it was later, and in a self-taught manner, that Andrés learned the most advanced techniques of world gastronomy.
